What is a Special Event? From time to time a Group Leader or Club member may come up with an idea for a Special Event, examples might be the 2015 Overnight Mystery Tour, the 2014 Cowichan Valley Winery Tour, the 2015 Bowling Event, or a proposed 2016 El Divo Performance event. These ideas should be presented to Management Committee, and if approved will be the responsibility of that person to manage. The event will be supported in every way possible by Management Committee including website and E-News updates, ticket production and sales, Club meeting presentations, and so on.
When and where does the Club meet? The Club meets on the first Thursday of each month excepting December, July, and August. A December Christmas party is held each year as well as a Summer Picnic. Regular Club meetings are held in St George's Hall - Link - St George's Hall
