We had another double header on Sunday.
One group did a 15.5 kilometer out and back hike to Wolf Lake. Surprisingly for a sunny Sunday we only saw two other people in the distance the whole time. Most of the old roads that we follow have grown in enough that they are shady now. At times it was almost like bushwhacking.

An alternate hike on Sunday proved quite popular with a group of us wandering trails in the Jumbo's Cabin area near Cumberland. It was a lovely day for such an excursion. We had wondered if Perseverence Creek would be low enough for us to cross over and continue to Comox Lake and, yes, it was - with a bit of rock-hopping. Back at Jumbo's Cabin, we had lunch at the nearby Picnic Gazebo before continuing to complete another little loop as a nice ending to our outing.
