Seventeen hardy souls congregated at Seal Bay Park in search of a nature fix, camaraderie and some challenge. None were left disappointed. It was a gorgeous day with lovely forest and seaside scenery to be enjoyed throughout the hike, and the chatter and laughter heard throughout the group during the hike certainly eliminated the worry of surprising any large scary animals. The morning’s adventure culminated in the descents and climbs back up of the 3 paths to the beach which added a wonderful cardiovascular element to the outing. A big thank you goes out to Lori and Mary for taking turns sweeping and therefore ensuring that everyone completed the route safely.
