While our coordinator vacations overseas we tried out a route borrowed from the Cross Canada Cycle Tour Society. In 31 km it included lots of river and ocean views along with some pleasant quiet roads. The route was well received by our group. We particularly enjoyed the boost provided by the brisk south east wind as we climbed from the beach at Lazo to our coffee stop at YQQ.
