On Sunday we headed to the Comox Lake Bluffs, keen to see if any work had been done since stream crossings were washed out last fall. We found the trails much as they were after the fall storms. Fortunately the stream flow was low enough to allow us to cross without too much difficulty. Views from the bluffs were spectacular as usual. As a bonus, Gil led us to a very big fir tree that must have been missed when the rest of the area was logged.
