A little bird told me, no, I mean - a little bunny told - me the weather would be great. The little bunny was wrong. On the other hand, the weather was not bad at all and it was wonderful to be out. The CV Exhibition Grounds are on the rich flood plain of the Tsolum River, and the wildflowers at this time of year are SPECTACULAR. And the birds are pretty awesome too. And the last little bit of wildlife is a giant water bug. Who knew. We had suspicions it was another critter all together. Thanks to Noni for spotting that amazing little bushtit nest.
