Tuesday was a bright, sunny morning to explore Brooklyn Creek, Mac Laing Nature park and MacDonald woods. Starting at Noel Ave., we proceeded until we reached the ocean where we gathered at the Brooklyn Creek bridge for a photo op. Next, we walked back through Mack Laing park and veered off onto Macdonald wood trails where we ended at the boardwork bordering the beach. Then, we walked down Midden Road, a path and a road leading to what was the llama farm. No llamas, only Shetland ponies to be seen. Finally, we had our debrief at QF in Comox.
