Due to the number of members who belong to multiple Activity Groups but who do not participate, Management Committee are requesting all members who are renewing their membership to also complete a new Activity Group signup for only those groups they intend to participate in.
This Activity Group signup will be included in the Membership Renewal webpage as well as on the paper version.
Note: Members can sign up for or leave an Activity Group at any time in the year and for any reason. However, there are currently many groups with low levels of participation but large numbers of members which adds unnecessary work for the Activity Group Coordinators.
