President Michele Morton opened the meeting and welcomed all those present, she also welcomed our two guests. A new Activity Group, proposed by Vice President John McIsaac was presented.

The Door Prize was awarded, and the AGM portion took place;
- A Year in Review movie was shown by Keith Millard (Communications)
- Michele Morton expressed her feelings about her two years as President
- Katie Hubberstey (Activity Groups) reported on Activity Groups and recognized the Leaders with bars for their badges
- Tricia Nicol (Secretary) reported on the new Club Bylaws and Constitution, and they were approved by motion and show of hands
- Dave Shewchuk (Treasurer) reported on the Club financials and the budget for 2015 - 2016
- Dave Scott (representing Vice President John McIsaac) conducted the election of Directors for 2015 - 2016, results follow;

Past President Michele Morton introduced incoming President Ray Fast who thanked the members who had agreed to stay on as Directors and welcomed those who had agreed to go on the committee.
Ray expressed the Management Committee’s thanks and appreciation of Michele’s Presidency and presented her with a bouquet of flowers, and adjourned the meeting.
