The issue is that more and more Activity Group emails being sent from our Club Gmail account have been rejected by Google servers as Spam.
We note that Telus, Shaw, and other ISPs are also rejecting bulk emails, often for as few as 11 addresses.
These are all for a common purpose, and that is to try and eliminate Spam emails (which we all hate) but causes
problems for many organizations such as ours.
Google Corporation reports "BCC/CC is generally no longer available for bulk emailing from the free Gmail account."
This means all bulk emails (Activity Groups, E-News, etc.) will have to use the To: field, and all recipients can see other email addresses.
Club Members, please note: Never send a Club message to your Spam folder (doing so could trigger ISP
rejection of emails to your fellow members).
